Who builds your wheels? All of our wheels are hand built in house by our expert wheel builder Paul who is a DT Swiss and Cytech Level 3 Accredited Wheel Builder. With many years experience and 100's of builds under his belt you can be reassured that when you order from us your wheels will be built to the highest possible standard by an industry trained expert

What tolerances are your wheels built to? All of our hand-built wheels are built to exceed the stringent standards as laid down by DT Swiss. During the build the spokes are bedded in and repeatedly de-stressed. Finally the spoke tensions are checked and balanced. We use the latest state of the art equipment from the likes of Park Tool and DT Swiss which is accurate to within 0.01mm

Tailored to your individual needs, all of our wheels are meticulously hand crafted, meaning you can have the perfect set of wheels. Our consultative approach means you should never be 'under wheeled' or 'over wheeled'

Where do you ship to? We ship our wheels throughout the UK and Europe, including Scandinavia

What carrier do you use? For UK customers we use Royal Mail Parcel Force, for other markets we usually use DHL. Once your build is complete we will email you with a link to track your delivery

Where are you based? We have bases in Worcestershire, England and the Valencian Mountains of Spain
