Normal service has been resumed

Recent visitors to our website may have seen a note stating that we have temporally suspended our wheel building operation. This was due to our wheel builder, Paul recovering from recent open-heart surgery.

As a result of a routine medical examination it was discovered Paul had a heart murmur, which upon further tests it was found he had a congenital (Bicuspid) defect in his aortic valve. He had no idea he had this condition and felt absolutely fine. Following a successful aortic valve replacement in December, Paul is well in the path to recovery and can now resume his passion of wheel building. As he is relatively fit, he has made rapid progress with his recovery.
